Ternium Mexico’s Planta Guerrero Works in Monterrey has recently acquired SR-Instruments Oy’s Detmaster 1500 MPH Pinhole Detection System, which was 6 months period in rental use on Tension Leveling Line. The Detmaster MPH system is able to simultaneously detect edge cracks and pinholes from size 10 um up to large holes as well as to measure the width of the strip. With these features Detmaster MPH system guarantees the efficiency and the quality assurance at the Planta Guerrero Works’ Tension Leveling Line.
